Yes. When I did use it, I think it only monitored 10 URL's for that monthly fee and you got a weekly or monthly email report.

no, this particular article was one I submitted to Ezine-which their rules stipulate that if publishers use them they must include the entire "signature box" as well as the original source--this site did not include that. Looking at all of the articles, they take most of the articles from Ezine and dont bother to include anything. They make it look like they wrote the articles, and give no author credit on any of the articles they include on their site.

A potential plagiarist has access through the internet to extensive written materials on any topic, while counterfeiters can discover designs and products to copy, and can find customers through email and websites.
