Its not as hard of a sale as you might think. People with that kind of money expect to pay for such amenities.

Thanks all for the suggestions. One of them looked so nice I had to "borrow" some of the design elements. I'll have a non functional (but pretty) home page upload by the end of the day.

Here's a good one in our area. I'm obviously not a fan of flash sites, but flash banners are nice.
