I agree it was a good article. It is a necessary correction we are seeing. Though it may be blasphemy to many agents, it is not necessarily a good thing that home ownership be available to all. It does create malinvestment, and now we are seeing the corrections.

I agree with you that we have not found a way to bring home ownership to all. However, it is very important to our communities that we get close as possible. What I am worried about is the fact that I think the pendalum is going to swing to far from easy credit. But, that is the story on how the world is ordered.

I think in the past banks gave out loans way too easily. But I think at this point banks are overreacting in ways that dont seem almost equally illogical.
