I notice on the condo map link that when I highlight a condo image, I can enter the high rise page with just content and exterior image of the Complex, and no specific units for sale. For me, as a buyer, I am looking for specific unit addresses for sale with all pics and detail information to include pricing.

In addition, To much running around on the website for condo information. I personally think your bounce rate will be high, and potiential buyers will get tired of going in and out of pages with no objectives accomplished and leave the site early.

I'm sitting here imaging myself as a buyer of a condo. Any condo link I hit, it takes me to the content and exterior Complex pics, but no specific units for sale. The only thing I can do is contact you about the Complex Building. Remember, the internet is there for specific address searches, when I find a unit, I then can contact you for a showing. I am a little confused on your value data base, still no IDX solution for specific units for sale. Nice Complex pages with content and the building pictures, but then what?


Just a few comments going through your web. Now, remember, I am no web designer myself, that is why REW is currently constructing my web with an IDX solution.

Maybe you can talk your broker into customizing their IDX, or if you are serious about building a presense on the web even switching brokers to someone who has NO web presence that you could work around and create an idx that works for your site. I would also consider getting involved in your local MLS committee to get that rule changed.
