Property for sale in the Caribbean
I have a property for sale in the Caribbean. Due to personal reasons I am taking 30% of the market price to sell it quick. Is this the right place to post this message?

Sold a family property in the caribbean and my share was $50,000. I want to bring it over into my US account. Do I have to pay taxes or declare this money in the US. Can I bring over $10,000 at a time to avoid doing this?
