Troy State University To Put Business School On The Phenix City Riverfront!

   Phenix City officials have anounced that HUD has approved the purchase of the land along the Phenix City Riverfront known as the Triangle Properties.    This is the major hurdle that has been holding up construction of the new Business School for Troy State University.   This new Business School coupled with the building of the Phenixian High Rise Condominiums by Ronnie Gilley Properties will be a major step in revitalizing the downtown area of Phenix City.

Yorktown Subdivision In Phenix City

Shepherd Brokers.com has just been awarded the right to Market the Yorktown Subdivision!

Shepherd Brokers.com is the largest and most active Real Estate company in the Phenix City area.   This week they were awarded the marketing rights for Yorktown Subdivision in the Phenix City - Ladonia area.

New Hospital In Phenix City AL

Phenix City ALcontinues to improve the infrastructure in the city.  The most recent addition includes the Summit Hospital.  The Summit is a $36 million facitility located at 4401 Riverchase Dr.    Phenix City is growing leaps and bounds and like Columbus is trying to keep up with the demands of growth for hospitals, schools, water, sewer and the other essentials needed for the new residents.   All this is good for the Phenix City Real Estate market.   

In other hospital news long time rivals St. Francis hospital and Columbus Regional Healthcare in Columbus have created a formal partnership that should make health care and insurance concerns improve for the Columbus Ga population.
