Thomas Morgan Completes GMAC Premier Service Training

McCOMB, MS — November 27, 2007 — Thomas Morgan, a sales associates at HOMETOWN REALTY, INC. GMAC Real Estate, recently completed the comprehensive Premier Service® training course through the GMAC Home Services’ Learning Institute.

            Designed for both new and experienced agents, the course was designed to help sales associates increase their levels of customer service while learning the steps necessary to effectively implement Premier Service, the powerful brand strategy that has earned GMAC Real Estate a 94 percent national customer satisfaction rating.

            Through the Premier ServiceÒ program, buyers and sellers in Southwest Mississippi are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they received following the transaction.  Once completed, the surveys are tabulated by an independent research firm and the results provide an overall ranking for the office. 

            Morgan learned how to set impressive service standards, provide a powerful service commitment, and secure meaningful feedback to improve future performance.
