We have just started a new site for Alabama Foreclosures .

Our plan is to blog about foreclosure opportunities on the Alabama Gulf Coast which includes the communities of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley, Fairhope, Daphne, and Spanish Fort, in Baldwin County, AL and the City of Mobile in Mobile County.

We have an agent that is an REO Specialist and frequents Foreclosure Auctions in both Baldwin and Mobile Counties.

He will be blogging about deals that are coming to the Courthouse steps on the day of the blog entry (sometimes only hours away).  The idea is not to have site visitors make instant decisions, but to give them an idea of the flow of information on foreclosures and the rapid pace that the sale takes.  These sales are for the decisive investor that has funding in place and is ready to take quick action.
