photo Susan Zanzonico

Outdoor dining has become very popular in Morristown NJ. It seems that all a restaurant has to do to give their business a boost is put out a couple of tables and chairs.  One warm day in December and you'll see people sitting in outside areas with their coats on having a bite to eat.

This love of eating and drinking and just plain hanging outside like it’s your living room is becoming more and more popular.  Magaletta Design Environments in Morristown NJ is having a Home Design and Landscape Show at the National Guard Armory in Morris Township from now until Monday January 21, 2008.  They have a computerized slide show presentation available so you can see some of their previous projects and the beautiful outdoor environments that are  possible within a…

Holiday Spirit In Washington HQ Morristown NJ

    photo Susan Zanzonico

I'm attending a holiday party this Friday in the Washington HQ area of Morristown.  Its a wonderfully charming area with beautiful older homes just outside of town.

Every year this party has a dedicated theme in keeping with the spirit of the season.  Last year it was Toys for Tots, I believe the year before we were asked to bring clothing to donate to a charity.  My congratulations and best to the host, Michael Tobia for making these holiday get togethers even more meaningful and allowing us to give back and perhaps make a real difference.  This year we'll all be arriving in our holiday best armed with new or lightly used blankets to donate to the Market Street Mission.  This is an organization right in Morristown NJ dedicated to assisting the homeless…

Advice For Morristown NJ Home Buyers

    photo Susan Zanzonico

Every buyer is looking for a bargain these days.  Its no secret that the homes are sitting a little longer and sellers may be getting anxious for an offer.  As a buyer you might be thinking that any offer is a good offer.

Sellers are definitely starting to price their homes in or just below…
