Morristown NJ Real Estate New Construction..

Outdoor dining has become very popular in Morristown NJ. It seems that all a restaurant has to do to give their business a boost is put out a couple of tables and chairs.  One warm day in December and you'll see people sitting in outside areas with their coats on having a bite to eat.

Harding NJ Real Estate

This home has a pool and two bridal paths in the back yard.  Just one of many wonderfully unique homes in Harding NJ.   As you can see, this town is not to be left out , plus this information was actually requested. 

So, let's talk about Harding NJ and Madison NJ home sale statistics...2006 vs. 2007.  Let me start by pointing out that these two towns are very different.  The town center of Madison (Rose City) is usually buzzing with activity and plenty of restaurants and shops.  Harding on the other hand is somewhat of a retreat with lots of wide open space, undeveloped land, horses...sprawling estates and little to no town.  They have a deli, police department and for the most part go to Madison for town activity.

It sold for full price in just 29 days for $3,850,000!

Chatham NJ was named in 2005 as one of Money Magazine’s top ten places to live in the United States. Chatham is a quieter, quaint town and residents love it.  When they move, its usually from one side of town to the other for a bigger home or to downsize.

For two years now four Madison NJ families have been assisting each other with home improvements.  They refer to themselves as "The House Project".  With their favorite tools in hand, they arrive at the designated home at 8:30 a.m. on the second Saturday of every month between June and October.  They start the day with coffee and bagels as they discuss their assigned projects.

They meet in February with their calendars to plan to upcoming months of projects.  They are committed to putting in 5 1/2 hours of work without question or griping whether it be painting, putting up fences, hanging shelves, etc.  Being skilled is not a requirement but will be recognized and duly noted among peers.
