Home to many of our area's science and technology employers such as Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Battelle, CH2M Hill, Bechtel, Areva, Washington River Protection Solutions, to name a few. Additionally, Washington State University Tri Cities is located in North Richland.

Colleen's sister lives in North Richland, so we spend a considerable amount of time walking and biking many of the North Richland neighborhoods. We've grown to appreciate the atmosphere in North Richland. Also, the bike and walking paths along the Columbia River are second to none.
