Colleen Lane ~ Top Producer Second Quarter 2008 | Tri Cities Washington

Colleen Lane | Second Quarter 2008 Top ProducerColleen received her award today for earning River Realty's second quarter top producer. River Realty is a Pasco Washington office of about 18 agents brokered by Carrie Chambers. Amidst a team of great agents, Colleen, relatively new to the office, out-paced them all for the second quarter Top Producer award.

Colleen Lane Is All About Customer Service

Search engine optimization is bantered about often online, however, Colleen's clients are coming to her from referral. Colleen defies the typical sales person stereotype. Never a "closer," Colleen's #1 goal is to provide a great service to the client, hence, a customer base very loyal and often times purchasing several properties from Colleen. In fact, one of Colleen's recent clients had this to say when working with another real estate agent in their home town of another area:

"...So last week when I was in Vancouver, we hired a real estate person. Chelsea spent less than five minutes with her, took me aside and begged me to fire her, said "she's even worse than that awful Tami", who we did fire. I explained that most real estate folks aren't like Colleen. Anyway, if your ears are burning from the west, the mantra over there goes something like "she's not Colleen, she's not Colleen..." Hope to call you soon with "the house sold" news ~ Mary"

Colleen's great, but I already knew that, now everyone knows! :)

Hi Colleen & Joe,

Long time since I have read any of your stuff,  I must say great stuff as usual.  Keep up the great work.

Hi Jim, We've been busy doing a ton of remodeling.  Everything from new roof, heating, a/c, rooms, windows, electrical service, and landscaping.  I admit, I feel a bit disconnected from some of the online communities we are involved in.  With kids starting back in school this week, things should change!  Good to hear from you too Jim!

Hey Joe & Colleen,

Congratulations Colleen!  Sounds like you need a little vacation now, I really hope to see you in Nanaimo next month.

Hey Dennis,  We'll see about Nanaimo.  I'm going in for rotator cuff surgery tomorrow morning and apparently the recovery is tough.  I'm hoping to make it.

My prayers will be with you Joe. I could be wrong but it seems like you should be off the pain meds about time for the conference and Colleen could drive couldn't she? It's about 500 miles from here and you might be a little closer.

After a Top Producing Second Quarter you deserve a little tax write off kick back time. I hope you make there, I would like to meet both of you in person.

Thanks Dennis.  The surgery went fine.  Left surgery center with a contraption that pumps pain killers into my shoulder joint.  Pretty amazing what they can do these days!

Thats awesome Joe. You know what is really wird, I had a dream last night that I was having rotator cuff surgery - OMG.  My shoulders are fine, you must have been on my mind. I was happy to wake up and realize it wasn't me, I was a little freaked out about it, you know how dreams can be, lol.

Glad to hear the shoulder's doing great, Joe.  It's funny, I actually got involved in the REW forum (Nov 2006) b/c of a shoulder surgery (lots of wakeboarding dislocations.)  I was laid up for almost a month, and spent the whole time reading different forums (mainly REW & one other SEO forum) and soaking it all in.  Anyways, the surgery wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated.  Glad to hear yours went well, as well!

Thanks Eric.  I think what makes the surgery go so well are the pain killers prescribed.    I can see why these bad boys are so addictive!  Like yourself Eric, I'm using the down time to get reconnected and dust some cobwebs off the websites and blogs.

Joe - are you & Colleen attending the REW conference in 2 weeks?
