Colleen and I are excited about this year's inaugural first freshman class at WSU Tri-Cities. As Richland Wa REALTORS®, and
personally owning several Richland Washington properties, the commencement of a new four-year university in Richland can only mean a boom for the local Tri Cities economy. Plus, having a four-year college locally available will create opportunities for our young adults that were not availalble prior to WSU Tri-Cities. Go Cougars!
