CoEd Activities for Pasco Washington Adults

Pasco Washington has a CoEd STEP Aerobics class for its adult residents that is both creative and intense. If you think you can keep up, come join the team! Aerobic stepping is well known for its ability to work all the major muscle groups of the lower body, and has the added benefit of burning 30% more body fat than traditional forms of aerobics.

The program includes floor work, stretching and cooling down. All you need bring are some comfy clothes you can sweat in, a bottle of water, a towel, and an enthusiastic attitude. The classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Pasco Senior Center.

Another CoEd activity for the Pasco area is Drop-In Volleyball. It is an informal and fun event oriented toward adults who would like to play the sport but are not interested in playing at the league level. Each player is randomly allocated to a team, so your chances of making a friend if you arrive alone are very good! It is a great opportunity to meet new people, get fit and to have fun, all at once. Games are on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm. Games take place at McLoughlin Middle School.
