San Antonio 2007 Market Shows Still Healthy And Steady

Despite the dismal forecast of the national housing market, San Antonio’s strong local economy is keeping the local housing market steady. The job growth in Texas, especially in San Antonio’s military installations, Fort Sam Houston, Randolph AFB and Lackland AFB, is still going stronger than other regions in The United States. According to a recent Metro study and the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, San Antonio experienced a healthy price appreciation of approximately 7% in 2007.   Read Full Post
