Microsoft’s new search engine, Bing, is giving users more options for organic search results. In turn, this means more space for well marketed sites to appear or present more search related content. The typical search engine like Google gives you one column for organic search results. In that one column you have the meta title and meta description. The other column in Google is used for advertising. Every person practicing SEO is competing for the top spot in that one column.

According to The Canadian Press, experts are predicting that the commercial real estate industry will have a particularly bad year in 2009 and into 2012. While the real estate market in general has been struggling to make it by over the past several months, real estate executives are predicting that commercial real estate property will be particularly hard hit over the next few years.

A new feature from Google is adding a new dimension to real estate.  Street View, from Google, is allowing people to view cities and towns in a new way.  By giving you an actual view from the street of a home, you can now see exactly what a neighborhood looks like.  With features like 360 viewing or zoom in and out, this new addition to Google is very impressive.

Unfortunately not all cities and towns are available on Street View, however the list is growing.  To tell if your City is available, check out Street View.  Looking at some of the pictures on Street View, it looks like a camera is mounted to the top of a car.  The car then drives around and captures the images.
