The real estate market, and the broader US economy, is on its way to recovery. But it is not there yet. Construction is still showing signs of softness throughout North Carolina and has been shedding jobs for the better part of the year. However, signs of an upturn in 2010 are becoming clearer. In this context, it is interesting to look at what the housing market might look like in Raleigh in 2010 based on the most recent data.
Construction is still on the wane… for now. The indicator measuring construction projects recorded in August 09 in the Raleigh area was less than a percent lower than that of 2008. As you may know, it’s REALTOR Safety Week. In an effort to heighten the safety awareness of real estate agents – both locally and nationally – the Greater Raleigh Realty Team has created a list of tips and suggestions to ensure that one’s safety is always at the forefront of one’s mind.
All too often, real estate agents put themselves in potentially hazardous situations. For instance, agents are at risk when:

The other column in Google is used for advertising. Every person practicing SEO is competing for the top spot in that one column.
Bing is taking a different approach to search engine results page or SERP with a few new ideas. One of those is called Quick Tabs. This new addition provides a list of relevant and categorized items based on previous searches and clicks. Quick tabs are only available for less than 20…

The Greater Raleigh real estate market posted some of the highest numbers in six months for the month of May 2009. Some notable stats include:
- Increased pending sales
