Laguna Beach Rentals are Still In High Demand

I was showing a Laguna Beach rental this morning and the renter asked me about how current rental market prices had been effected by the downturn in Real Estate prices. Everyone is under the impression that because we are in a recession and that Real Estate prices have plummeted, that the Laguna Beach Rentals have done the same. That is entirely not true. Many people are letting their homes got to short sale, they are down sizing, and trying to save money. If they are losing a home to short sale or foreclosure, but still make a good income, then they are renting at the beach. The rental market is still very strong in Laguna Beach and the good properties are flying off the market. If you are looking to relocate to Laguna Beach please check out our Orange County Beach Cities Real Estate website. We specialize in providing excellent service and will assist you to find the perfect rental home here in Laguna Beach. You can also contact our Laguna Beach Real Estate specialist, Denise De La Torre, directly at 949-466-6876 to start your Laguna Beach rental home search.
