At first this information would be delivered to a real estate office in the form of a book with black and white photos if any at all and Realtors would have to drive around to each house listed for sale to see all of the listings. With the advent of the internet, real estate professionals began to advertise online. Eventually, through broker reciprocity agreements, any broker who wanted to, could allow other brokerages to list their properties on each others website which brings us to where we are today
