Milton - The Best Place in North Atlanta For Land

The city of Milton is located in the northwest section of Fulton County and has historically been "horse country" with numerous equestrian farms, stables, rolling hills and beautiful pasture. Since its incorporation, Milton has been on the fast track (really, there was a great deal of activity in the years leading up to incorporation, but, more has happened since). Close in real estate gets more and more expensive and what you to be be far out is now 'close in'. Milton falls into the category of not being thought of as far out anymore.

Milton is certainly one of the more popular areas in Atlanta right now and there are lots of reasons for this; great schools, beautiful and affordable homes and land! Lots of land! Milton real estate has been increasing in value and since it's about 10 minutes from my home in Alpharetta, I'll be talking more about it than in the past. So I'll be adding statistics and information about Milton frequently. I guess I really should have been doing this for some time. I was going to head out today and get some photos of some of the popular landmarks like the silos and some of the equestrian farms, but, since it was actually flurrying a little bit here late this morning, I'll just have to wait for a sunny day.
