I'd like to hear from any Realtors who have closed a transaction that occurred only due to the $8,000 first time buyer tax credit.   Maybe it is the nature of our market here in Sarasota Florida, but frankly I haven't seen many occur although the media seems to be full of stories about how successful that program has been.
