If you lived in Minot North Dakota you would find it very hard to believe what is in the news these days. We have a shortage of about 500 homes here in Minot. We also have a shortage of contractors and laborers in every field imaginable. Do yourself, your family, and us a favor and come to Minot ND. You will find Minot a great place to live and raise a family. Try a google search of Minot ND and you will find many wonderful things about our community. Hi, I am Bob Timm, Realtor with Oak Park Realty in Minot North Dakota.  Minot  ND Real Estate is in a very unique position at this time due to several factors. The largest of these factors is that early this year (2008) it was publicly announced/confirmed that North Dakota is sitting on an oil field the industry says may be the largest ever found!! They still have not even located the boundaries for it and it may in fact be larger then the entire State of North Dakota. Enough large oil companies have announced that they will be building centers here that even Halaberten will be opening services here for the oil giants.
