I don't know about the rest of the folks out there, but our business is booming as educated buyer's begin to grasp the reality that low prices and low interest rates are making for some great opportunites to purchase real estate here in Sarasota and beyond.  We are seeing the predominant under $200K price range moving up into the $400's and are even beginning to see some luxury home buyers spilling into the market as they liquidate their investment portfolios.  I would be interested in hearing what anyone else has to say on this and how your sales are going in our current market.  Stay positive!

According to recent statistics release by the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR), January 2009 pending sales jumped up nearly 18%.  Considering the current economic woes across the nation, this is good news indeed for anyone who involved in looking to buy or sell real estate in Sarasota.
