Piney Orchard Real Estate update October 2009 Sales Information

The high sale for the month was a single family home priced at $489,900 that sold for $460,000 with $20,000 in closing help.
The low sale was a foreclosure condo on Samantha Lane that sold for $183,500 some $70,000 less than it's original sale price in 2006.
There was one foreclosure sale and one short sale in Piney Orchard in September which is well below the stats of surrounding communities in Odenton.
