Symphony PHP MVC Framework

I've been researching PHP-Based frameworks for sometime now and each one (There are a lot, it turns out) seems to have it's own set of benefits and pitfalls. I've been holding out for the Zend framework, which looks promising, but progress has been slow for an impatient guy like myself. A few weeks ago I ran into the Symfony Framework--it looks like these guys have done their homework! At first glance it looks like it has a lot of promise and I'm considering a project to test it out. It seems to have all of the features that have made Ruby on Rails famous (MVC, Scaffolding) and more... I'll post more when I get a chance to try this out.
