Mira Mesa Real Estate Update

I'm back.  I have been so busy that I haven't had the time to give you an update in Mira Mesa.  Well here it is.  There's seem to be a rise in foreclosures in Mira Mesa.  In fact, at my office we have about 8 bank owned/foreclosure listings!  So here you go with some great statistics on Mira Mesa Real Estate

Average Days on the market: 80

# of Detached homes SOLD in the last 6 Months:  144
Average sold price:  $478,414

For Attached Homes

Average asking price:  $277,652
Average Square footage of the home: 1,013
Average # of Bedrooms: 2
