South Orange County, Ca real estate inventory market update

Real Estate Inventory in Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo and San Clemente continue to decline in the first month of 2009 compared to the high inventory peak in October 2008.  Is this a sign that we are starting to see some stabilization in the market?  With the current great interest rates, market activity did pick up in the last quarter of 2008 as more buyers were serious about buying a home.

If we look at the inventory trend as well as the trend for number of new lisings by each specific city, both confirm the inventory trend.
