David Abernathy makes Super Bowl Ad!

Each year some of the most highly watched and effective ads are released during the Super Bowl.  This year Cars.com created an ad using my name David Abernathy and a story line to promote their online Cars.com Internet service.

Not one to miss an opportunity to promote our clients properties - David Abernathy, Realtor and Business Manager for Waterfront Properties & Club Communities is working to promote his sites and capture some of the exposure that is created by the Super Bowl ad.  Dave is on the Technology Advisory Council for Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate so expect to see more on their forum in his efforts to gain market share in the competitive Florida Real Estate market place.

It has been a while since I have posted here.  We are starting to roll out our new Point2 sites - when we first started with Point2 I did not know what all a distributor could do to enhance the look and feel of their websites.

I am hoping that Google and Yahoo will like the new sites.  Yes we still have lots of work on each of the sites - but today we started to replace the old sites with the new designs.

Todays sites include our StuartFloridaUSA.com site targeting Stuart Homes For Sale, the DaveAbernathy.com website that places well for Jupiter Condos and other Oceanfront related keywords and Kathy Lewellen's Singer-Island-Real-Estate.com website that targets the Singer Island Condo market place.

All Realtors and real estate agents talk about selling your home for the highest price in the shortest period of time!

The same message has been part of introducing real estate agents to getting listings since my Uncle was a Broker in North Georgia years ago. Over the past decade the world has changed and the way that buyers find the property that they ultimately purchase has changed as well.  These changes are researched and the results are provided by the National Association of Realtors and other research groups each year.  The interesting and somewhat discouraging issue is that so many Realtors don;t know where buyers find the homes that they buy even though the information is widely avaliable.
