Florida For Sale By Owner

We have recently launched our new For Sale By Owner program offering FSBOs the change to have an internet presence, professional signage, access to much of the information that typically the FSBO don;t have access to all for free to the owner!

The first question that we always get is WHY? Why would we help owners for free?  Realtors probably ask with more concern than the property owners.  After seeing so many home owners sign up with various For Sale By Owner programs - pay a significant fee and in many cases be prevented from listing with a professional Realtor when they decided that they were not succeeding on their own we said enough.  Of course from an economic perspective we see the program as a great opportunity for our…
