Jupiter Ocean Trail Condos

When I first started in real estate - Jupiter Ocean Trail Condo was the location of my first rental.  As the only condos in Jupiter that are located directly on the beach - there can be little suprise that it is one of popular properties.  The Condos were built between 1976 and 1983, with the 300, 400 and 500 buildings all being built in 1983.

The front 4 buildings are similiar in design and have 14 floors and 138 units per building.  They are 2/2 units with between 1170 sq. ft or 1270 sq. ft.

The 500 Building is the back building with the redish roof.  It has 6 floors and 50 units. These condos are larger with 1650 living sq. ft.

It has been a while since I have posted here.  We are starting to roll out our new Point2 sites - when we first started with Point2 I did not know what all a distributor could do to enhance the look and feel of their websites.

I am hoping that Google and Yahoo will like the new sites.  Yes we still have lots of work on each of the sites - but today we started to replace the old sites with the new designs.

This weekend is the Annual Jupiter Kite Surfing Contest.  Saturday afternoon I was able to stop by and capture some of the action with my camera.  There are contestants from all across the world at the event and it was a great day for the event.
