One of the first areas I want to address is the user info area at the top right of the blogs where the picture and about bio is. I don''t know exactly where and what to change, but I think it is lacking.

So where to start? The RSS feed image - it is small and not that pleasing, I had referenced another site at http://www.10e20.com/ I really like the look of their RSS feed graphic, I would like something like that, it just dresses up the blogs a lot more graphically.

Next the logo, right now it reads Real Estate Webmasters - I think it should read, REW Blogs. We still want to use the circle with green swishes, but changing the verbiage should reinforce the REW BLogs brand.

After much testing and user feedback we have now opened the REW Blogs to the public, now any real estate professional can apply for an REW blog and showcase their prowess as an internet savvy web 2.0 Realtor.

How to apply for an REW blog:

Go to the REW Forum and send a private message to the community administrator Morgan Carey (Member username webmaster) *You must be logged into the forum to send private messages
In your private message, put in the message title "Requesting an REW Blog" - And then in the body of the private message, you will need to provide your desired username, password and an email address to attach to the blog.

I need to create a mailer (Simple enough) that sends emails to all REW bloggers letting them know about new upgrades to REW Blogs as well as point out helpful information posted on REW and other blog related sources that will improve the quality of their blogs. Read Full Post

I think we should increase the amount of articles in a category from 5 to 8 - not sure how this will effect the design, but will provide more to read and more to look at from a content perspective. Read Full Post

I just realized that there isn't a distinction between category and sub category levels here at the REW Blogs, I would like the sub cats to only show if you are already in the main cat section or any subsequent sub of a main cat.

One of the most important thing for keeping a clean and active blog is managing your comments - we need to create a notification such as "You have x amount of comments in your queue waiting for approval" - this should be on the main page when a user logs into their REW blog.
