REW promo - Selling out the new guys

Posted May 27, 2009 @ 6:30 pm, Viewed by 1790 Visitors, Read 2836 Times.

This promotion is now closed!!!

We have 4 new programmers for this summer (all of which completed their practicum through VIU with us in the spring) and  they are chomping at the bit to challenge themselves on the REW production line. So I figure the easiest way to keep the new kids busy is to run a promo!

So here's the deal - IF you are willing to have us hand your project over to one of the new guys (they will naturally take longer to get it done than a seasoned programmer) and if you are willing to be patient with them as they perfect their client communication and production level skills - I will give you one heck of a discount.

How much of a discount? How about 50% - that's right - a 50% discount on approved items (as seen below)

Products that will qualify for the "new guys" promo include

CORE IDX - Save $1250 USD
Blog Installs - Save $150 USD
Control Panel - Save $500 USD
Quick Search - Save $150 USD
Agent Rosters - Save $250 USD
Streetview - Save $250 USD
Directions - Save $150 USD
301 Redirect Module - Save $100 USD
XML Listings Sitemapping - Save $250
Birds Eye - Save $150 USD

If you are unclear on what any of these items are, feel free to ask - or just visit our "common upgrades" section - they are all there. Btw the new programmers are Alex, Matt (now we have 2), Shane and Jamie

Are there any "new girls"? Yes! And they are both designers :-)

I suppose I should intro our 2 new design girls and get them busy for the summer as well. We have Zoe (the intern) and Krysta (very excited to move to Nanaimo).

What can we offer that designers can do on this promo? - See below

REW Templates - 50% off setup fee (Save $370 USD)
LEC Setups - 25% off setup fees (Save up to $2500)
LEC custom color schemes - 50% off labor (to a max 20 hours or $1000 USD)

Super new guys (and gals) uber specials:

Purchase a template + IDX at promo rate, pay nothing for template setup fees. Template setup = Free!

Purchase a discounted (NEW) LEC and receive a custom color scheme for free. Custom colors = Free!

Timeline / Deadline (You must have your order in by this date)

Payments must be received before June 10th, 2009

Limited Quantity

There are only 4 programmers and 2 designers and this promotion covers their first 3 months only - once their summer schedules are filled, the promo will end (regardless of date) so don't wait!

Rules / limitations

  • First come, first served (the later your order, the further back in the queue you go)
  • Existing IDX feeds only (post a comment below if you want to know if your feed is available.)
  • Must have "up to date" CMS 2.0 to purchase programming products
  • Standard Hosting (SAAS) fees apply
  • You can't order promo items if you owe us $
  • No payment plans - all promo orders must be paid in full (your spot is reserved when your invoice is paid)
  • Promotional pricing applies to NEW ORDERS ONLY and only those submitted during the timeframe of this promotion.

How to order

Post your order right here in the blog - that would probably be the fastest way to go about it. As with all promos I will be crazy busy and not taking any scheduled calls (and sometimes I miss emails), so if you want to place your order and make sure it gets in on time, please post your order using the comment section below.

Email sales@realestatewebmasters.com - This will go to central sales (as opposed to a specific rep) and will be handled by the first available rep.

Email "your" sales rep - If I am your sales rep you "can" email me and chances are I will get it and get it in on time, but with my volume of emails there is the chance I will miss one or two, so please use the post in the blog if at all possible - If you are working with Craig or Ryland and would like to email them directly by all means do so.

*Remember! Payment in full is required by 5PM on Wednesday June 10th in order to qualify for these promo rates so don't wait until the last minute or you will miss out!

If you have a question or comment regarding my blog entry, please use the comments box below - if you have a general question about REW Blogs or would like to discuss any facet of being successful online, please visit the forums.

Morgan,

I would like a blog install for dev163.  Also, I would like the RSS snippet reader too (whetther or not it is included in the promotion).

Also, how beneficial is the XML sitemapping?  Just wondering if I should do something now as I get started or wait until I go live and see my traffic.  Any thoughts?

Thanks

Carl

Hi Morgan,

Any chance that the ARMLS IDX feed will be added anytime soon?

Regards,

Gary

Posted 6 months ago

@ Carl - XML/HTML sitemapping is very beneficial... always a good idea to provide the search engines with a sculpted list of IDX pages on your site.  The HTML version of the sitemapping included with this product can be seen (and crawled) as pages on your site, with the link being placed in a global location, such as the site footer.

Product summary for IDX XML/HTML sitemapping can be seen here: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/upgrades/idx-enhancements.php#sitemapping

Highly recommended.

I have forwarded your request for the REW V2.0 Blog and RSS Snippet to Administration for billing.  Should we add the XML/HTML sitemapping as well?

Posted 6 months ago

Add the 301-Redirect Module to HartanovTeam. Thanks.

@Ryland- go ahead and add xml/html sitemapping.

Thanks, Carl

Posted 6 months ago

Got it Drew, sent over to Administration.  (And thank you!)

Whats the agent Roster?

Also my wife is a divorce attorney, if she were to get a template,  would she qualify for the 50% off promo? Would the template include changing the nav links so it is appropriate with her law business?

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mark - a Template site is a Template site, and yes, any Template purchase currently qualifies for the 50% discount as per the promo.  We will make a one-time change to the top navigation button titles as part of the Template setup.

Agent Roster is a great product for Teams or Brokerages.  Provides Lead Management support for Agent ID and creates an "Agent Roster" on a page of your choice using a Snippet... each Agent gets a bio page with a link to their listings.

See here for an example: http://www.exittr.com/agents.php

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks Carl, the entire order is through to Administration.  Watch for the invoices, and make sure to settle up soon.... not only does payment secure your promo pricing it sets your order in the production queue.

The sooner you settle the sooner your customers get to enjoy these great products/upgrades!

Posted 6 months ago

For northernwestchestercondos.com:   1 - XML Listings Sitemapping (I do not think I have it but please confirm)   2 - Blog Install   Should be a total of $400   Thanks.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mike - nope, you don't have XML/HTML sitemapping on northernwestchestercondos.com.

Your order is through to Administration, watch for an invoice later this afternoon.

I will take an agent roster for each of my sites (foreclosures & LEC4)

Thanks,

Adam

Posted 6 months ago

looks like i'll need a cms2.0 first.  can you quote here?

Posted 6 months ago

@ Greg - estimate for the CMS 2.0 upgrade is in the queue and I will be in touch on the blog or via e-mail.

Posted 6 months ago

www.youragentgreg.com does have CMS 2.0

Posted 6 months ago

@ Adam - orders are through to Administration, invoices should be out shortly.  Enjoy!

Posted 6 months ago

@ Ted - thanks for posting, this order is through to Administration.  Great time to take advantage of a custom colour scheme for an LEC... there are some great ones out there.

Posted 6 months ago

Looks like that CMS 2.0 estimate is $0 Greg....

What were you looking to add to your site?

Posted 6 months ago

Can you do a blog install on CMS 1.0?  How much for that?

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

Nothing on this promo applies to CMS 1 - you cannot order unless you have CMS 2 - sorry

Posted 6 months ago

Btw - Howard you are due for an upgrade anyways - right now if you bought an IDX for 50% you would get one of our newer templates for free!

Posted 6 months ago

 Morgan,

I spoke to you a couple of weeks ago about a LEC site. (Do not see in my notes which option was available in my market...either 2 or 4.)

I would like to order one with this promo and see that a custom color is available at no cost with one of the newbies.

I am not sure if some of the additional customizations are included in the LEC or not...advanced XML/IDX site map, etc.

Should I send you an email with some of my additional questions?

By the way....I feel like I am jumping off a very high cliff with this order!!

Posted 6 months ago

Do I have CMS 2.0?  Also do I have  XML Listings Sitemapping (I do not think I have it but please confirm)?

Also I get alot of spam, how much for the security code, like you have on this form?

Posted 6 months ago

@ Keith - You are still on CMS 1.0, and I am in the process of putting together an estimate for you to migrate to the latest revision of CMS 2.0.

You do not have XML/HTML Sitemapping on the site, definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

Hang tight, I will be back in touch.

Posted 6 months ago

You can't order the xml / html sitemapping (or any other common upgrades) from the menu on CMS 1 (I know I posted this above, but worth repeating)

Posted 6 months ago

Couple quick notes:

LEC 3 should be gone in Austin and LEC 4 is gone in Bonita Spings. Thanks for all the orders today folks! This promo should definitely sell out before the deadline.

Posted 6 months ago

I love REW promo's!!!

If not already in the works -  I believe we have XML Listings Sitemapping on jennifermackay.com and want to make sure we have that moved over to the new site in dev52.

Can someone confirm and if not make sure we get it for the new site?

Thanks as always.

Posted 6 months ago

Hey Morgan,

Could I have  Agent Roster on my clientsiderealtors and viprealtysa sites.

Thanks for the promo!!

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks for the promo Morgan!

I would like to order the new template and core IDX special.

I would like 2 quick search products.

I would like one XML Listings Sitemap.

$1800?

This will be a good start while I contemplate other options.

Thank you.

Posted 6 months ago

You need to factor in website / IDX hosting and SOCAL fees - but yes, you seem to have the setup fees etc correct - I will submit this for you in the AM Greg.

Posted 6 months ago

Hey Morgan.

Please put my order in for:

XML Listings Sitemapping & Bird's Eye View

Thanks for the great promo!!!

Posted 6 months ago

Thank you

Posted 6 months ago

Greg, it's after midnight - don't you sleep? (Wait,  I am up to - doh!) You are welcome

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan or Ryland,

What comes with the LEC's?  I'm thinking about replacing my Template for one.

Posted 6 months ago

Here is an example default install http://www.myhomehouston.com - everything you see there but content comes with an LEC 4

LEC 3 Example http://www.sarasota-waterfront.com - Again that is out of the box, no custom mods, the only thing you provide is content (which you already have)

A shortlist of what's included:

  • LEC Design
  • Control Panel
  • Custom skinned blog
  • quick search
  • feature listings module
  • RSS for blogs
  • IDX (way past CORE IDX)
  • Basic content transfer from existing REW sites

Posted 6 months ago

A more powerful example of the difference between CORE IDX (what you have now) and an LEC product:

Here is your current search results page: http://www.paulcaparas.com/idx/search.html?search_submit=true&search_city[]=CARLSBAD&idx=single-family&minimum_price=&maximum_price=&minimum_bedrooms=&minimum_bathrooms=&minimum_sqft=&minimum_acres=&minimum_year=&search_submit=Search&search_title=

And here is one from an LEC

http://www.justinhavre.com/idx/search.html?search_location=calgary&idx=single-family&minimum_price=&maximum_price=&minimum_bedrooms=&minimum_bathrooms=

Posted 6 months ago

Hi Morgan,

I would like to place an order for the "Quick Search" feature without the MLS & Zip codes.  Also, by accident, I clicked the button to ussubscribe from your emails, I would like to be put back on it if you can.

Posted 6 months ago
photo Liane

Please send me a quote for an REW Template with my own MLSFinder IDX and one year hosting, and one with your custom IDX also so I can compare.  I want the most basic template for now - I will upgrade more later!  One thing at a time!

Liane@KW.com

Posted 6 months ago

Hi Morgan,

The LEC 4 does not come with the XML/html site-mapping right?

(I think I had that on my old custom site?)

If not, please add it to my LEC4 along with Birds Eye and Directions.

Thanks!

Posted 6 months ago

when i get my new IDX I'll be an insomniac again.

Posted 6 months ago

Jennifer I have sent your XML sitemap in

Richard I have sent 2 x agent rosters in for the client side and vipsa sites. Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

@Greg - this is what I posted to billing (I hope it's correct)

CORE IDX on promo $1250 USD setup, $360 USD hosting for IDX + SOCAL fees

1 times new template (no charge for setup as per promo because he is getting an IDX)

Content transfer (from old rew template to new rew template) No charge (needs a fresh install of CMS 2.0)

1 xml sitemap in promo ($250 USD)

Template hosting $480 USD

2 x quick search (total $300 as per promo) – one for this site, and one for his http://www.youragentgreg.com/

Thank you

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan maybe I missed it but what's the normal cost of the new templates $740? ( I thought they cost more than the older ones or no? you guys have out and can you also link me to the different ones incase I decide to change one of my older templates to the new. Thanks.

Posted 6 months ago

Templates (new designs or old ones) are all the same price $740 USD setup -

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan, Could I also get the Streetview and Birds Eye on my Dallas site.

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

Out of the box question, is it even possible to install a REW blog on a website thats not hosted by REW? Second question can I create a domain name and just buy a REW blog as a stand alone site, meaning the blog is the entire site, kinda like a wordpress blog, but instead an REW blog?

Posted 6 months ago

Findcre - if you mean viprealtyinfo.com sorry - that is on CMS 1 - you need to have CMS 2 to order those items (you can order them custom in the work orders forum if you like, but they don't qualify for product or promo pricing)

Posted 6 months ago

Mark - no you cannot have REW technology hosted on anything buy REW servers.

As for can you buy "just" an REW blog - sure you can - but you are going to pay way to much for it (there is no standard skin for standalone blogs so we would have to build one) it would be cheaper to order a template with a blog to be honest.

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan,

Will the new CMS with the caledar module be called CMS 3, or will it be just an upgrade of the CMS.

Just trying to figure out if I should upgrade to CMS 2 or wait. Guess I'll need to do it on all 6 sites.

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

I would like to order a blog install. Thanks.

Posted 6 months ago

For those of us who have bought every single module that's on sale, how about letting us buy some discounted custom programming hours?

Posted 6 months ago

Hi Morgan,

I would like to get the Bird's Eye View, Street View and XML Site (If I don't aleady have it?)

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

Portland Real Estate (Milan) sorry these are junior programmers / designers - they are to be assigned to products only (no custom hours will be made available) - thanks.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Kevin - the order for Bird's Eye, Google Streetivew and XML/HTML Sitemapping is through to Administration... watch for an invoice later today.  Enjoy!

Posted 6 months ago

@ Justin - one order of Google Directions, XML/HTML Sitemapping and Bird's Eye View coming up.

Don't forget to give the new programmer a hard time when he starts you project... need to keep the new hires on their toes.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mr. Covington... I am pretty sure that your order was submitted on Friday, but put through an e-mail to Administration regardless.  Better safe than sorry -- don't forget to settle up the invoice ASAP to secure your spot in the production queue (and more importantly, the 50% discount!).

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks Ryland. Did I have the XML/HTML site mapping on my old site?

Posted 6 months ago

I don't see it in a cached version and after a quick look at the project management system don't see it there either.  Tough to say whether it was installed previously or not.

Without a doubt good to have it.  I always tell customers and potentials that this isn't an "eye candy" upgrade, but an upgrade intended to help with accelerating the return on investment our sites can generate.

Posted 6 months ago

For the new site add birds eye view 150

Add street view for existing PISC site 250

Does the LEC I have coming have control panel or any of the above options?

Would you recommend a 301 or 404 for either site?

Thanks,. This will be the third attempt in trying to get this posted

Posted 6 months ago

Hi Morgan,

I want to get the Birdseye installed on my live (as of the next 24-48 hours) http://www.waterfrontlifestyle.com site.

Posted 6 months ago

I would like to get the Birds Eye view for my site: www.eddykicker.com for $150 please.

Posted 6 months ago

Hats off to the new guys....that was a quick turn around.  All the upgrades are already installed.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Gregg -- third time is a charm...

...I have forwarded your order over to Administration and you should be receiving an invoice later today.

Your LEC #2 that is in production comes with our Intelligent Control Panel, and as part of the promo you took advantage of when purchasing that LEC the 301 Redirect Tool (and Keyword Report Tool) was included.

Great promo, I would like a 301 module & streetview for dev183.

Congrats to the new guys & gals, who says nobody is hiring these days.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Bryan -- wow, that LEC #2 is looking great (really like the dark blue colour scheme... very rich).  Good to see it live and serving your market.

Your order for Bird's Eye View has been forwarded to Administration and you can expect to see an invoice later today.  Thanks!

Posted 6 months ago

@ Eddy -- order is through to Administration, thanks for taking part in the promo.

We need to keep these young guns busy... based on Justin's comment above it seems as though our new programmers are setting pretty high expectations in getting the work completed in short order.  They must not have a long enough list of things to do - who wants to throw in a big order - LEC with the whole gamut of upgrades - and give them a run for their money?

Posted 6 months ago

I'll take the XML sitemapping on www.thinklouise.com

Sorry, Ryland...maybe I'll be placing that big order next time around.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Matt -- cheers, order is over to Administration.

Alright, Matt set the challenge folks... who is going to one up him and place a larger order?

Hi Morgan,

I am very impressed with your real estate websites!  So much good has been said, and I'm strongly considering a webmasters website.   Could Mitch Ribak's new system somehow be integrated into a webmaster's template?

Robert Worthington - Worthington Realty

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks Robert - I would love to discuss your website needs with you (just fill out the contact form at http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/contact/request-a-quote/ or you can ask your questions here - I sure it will be an educational experience for all reading.

As for "Mitch Ribak's system" - I am sorry, I don't know Mitch Ribak nor do I know anything about his system (I don't even know what kind of system it is) - all I know is he is some guy that posts on the forums once in a while. If you would like to explain "his system" I would appreciate not derailing this blog post, and request that you please contact me offline to explain it.

Hope to speak with you soon

Morgan

Posted 6 months ago

Robert, I switched out a #1E site to a basic REW template just to see what would happen.. and it far outperforms the #1E site. Get something more robust from REW and you'll be amazed at the difference in lead generation. The only system you need is REW's.

Posted 6 months ago

Can I get a quote with this promotion what the cost breakdown would be for the following for the following(this is for my wife's Law website):

REW Template Website

Blog 2.0

Hosting For 1 Year

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mark -- as per the promotion, your request would break down as:

REW Template: $370 USD
First Year of Hosting: $480 USD
REW V2.0 Blog: $150 USD

Total: $1000 USD

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mike C -- order for Bird's Eye View on http://www.buyingcharlestonrealestate.com/ is through to Administration.  Thanks for participating, and enjoy the additional feature on your LEC #2.

Posted 6 months ago

I am just wondering if my order for quick search is through to admin? I did not see anything about it.

Posted 6 months ago

Hi Morgan,

1 additional item-control panel

thanks,

Kevin

Posted 6 months ago

Cleo - the quick search on this promo only appies to those that have IDX - as I understand it, you do not have REW IDX, so I don't think you can order a promo quick search (what would it search against?)

Kevin, you have a later version LEC, it should be included

Posted 6 months ago

Go ahead and add Bird's Eye to both our sites. (use credit on file).  Thanks.

Maybe our business will soar with the eagles as a result!

Posted 6 months ago

You have more than 2 sites with us don't you lol - www.hartanovteam.com and guidetolocalrealestate.com I am assuming. 2 x birdseye - got it - thanks for your order.

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan I would like to order the Agent Roster Module.  Can you confirm and have them invoice me.  Thank you.  Wayne

Posted 6 months ago

Put me down for an Agent Roster Module. Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan I don't use the IDX because I am not working in the States, so the MLS does not apply. I was hoping to have one to search through my own listings. I have 160 listings there.

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan, what exactly is an "Agent Roster" and do I already have it?  Thanks, Todd.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Wayne -- Agent Roster module is ordered and over to Administration, you should be receiving an invoice later today.  Thanks for the order.

Posted 6 months ago

@ Mark Z -- same for you Mark, one Agent Roster order through to Administration... who will pay the invoice first and get ahead in the production queue? Wayne or Mark? For answers to this - and other mind blowing questions - tune into REW Blogs daily!

Posted 6 months ago

Ryland, you're hilarious. Thanks buddy.

Posted 6 months ago

Hey Todd - the Agent Roster module is a great tool for those deploying a "Team" or "Brokerage" site... the module provides a means to display any and all Agents setup in the backend of the Lead Manager (Agents tab).  Each Agent gets a bio page and if that Agent's MLS ID is entered into the Lead Manager then the module creates a link to said Agent's listings, which are displayed on a separate page on the site.

See here for an example on LEC #2: http://www.exittr.com/agents.php

--

You don't have this module yet.... only $250 USD to add it to your site.

Posted 6 months ago

Ryland. Please add agent roster to my site.

Thanks.

Posted 6 months ago

Man, having a REW site is addictive.......

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks Justin, you are going to have that LEC pretty much loaded up from a product upgrade perspective.  Order is over to Administration and the invoice will be out later today.

At least this addiction helps to further your business!

Posted 6 months ago

"Man, having a REW site is addictive."

Justin - I think morgan has it planned that way.

Posted 6 months ago

Thanks Ryland.  I'm too small of a fish to get an Agent roster right now.  We'll try that down the road.  Thanks for the letting me know.  Todd.

Posted 6 months ago

Morgan, are you doing a promo on design (  Area Call Outs ) I need a lot of these

Thanks

Posted 6 months ago

I wasn't planning on it, but sure, I will add featured area callouts to the promo (only 2 days left to get your payments in btw) - how many would you like? (Or rather which sites) They will be 50% off as well so $150 USD

Posted 6 months ago

ahhh, Good question...

Lets do 4 callouts for now on viprealtyinfo

Thanks!!

Posted 5 months ago

@ Richard - order for four Area Callout Boxes is through to Administration for a total of $600 USD... all will be applied to www.viprealtyinfo.com.

Are you thinking about varying the style or the number of columns for these Area Callout Boxes?

Posted 5 months ago

Hey Ryland, these particular callouts will be used for a few of the condo areas. For instance link downtown Dallas.

I'm thinking of adding all the condo areas on my condo page. I actuall forgot that REW had made that page when we first built the site. Might as well use it

Posted 5 months ago

Btw guys in case you missed it, I have decided to add features areas callout and the keyword module to the promo  - Only 1 day left!

Posted 5 months ago

Whats the keyword module? Just when I think I have every possible upgrade...lol

Posted 5 months ago

C'mon guys and gals, one more day to get your orders placed and more importantly settled... we always experience a last minute rush! Avoid being pushed back too far in the production schedule by paying the invoice sooner rather than later.

Keyword module now included (thanks to Morgan) - only $100 USD at the promo price. Area Callout Box for $150 USD is a heck of a deal as well; great way to add content/links and break up a page.  Don't forget those Area Callout Boxes can be used multiple times on your REW site.

See the REW upgrades section for details on both modules (and more).

Posted 5 months ago

@ Mark - try going here for some background information on the Keyword module: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/upgrades/cms-modules.php

Posted 5 months ago

I can't find the keyword module on the REW upgrades page, can you give me a link to that information?

Posted 5 months ago

Ryland, Thanks got it. Question, is this different than information provided on google analytics? It looks like a very cool tool, does anyone have an example that is available to view a sample?

Posted 5 months ago

The screenshot on the REW upgrades section (click the link to bring up the screenshot) was taken from a customer's site... the "Keyword" infrormation was removed as this was confidential.  You would be seeing the appropriate keywords in each row as per your site.

The key here is that you are able to see what keywords created a conversion on your site -- not just traffic.

That do it for you Mark?

Posted 5 months ago

I would like the keyword module please.

Posted 5 months ago

Add keyword module to HT and GTLRE. Thanks.

It's about time for us to be able to get it...LOL

Posted 5 months ago

Yea I'll take one, I just can't say no.

I want to add the $150 Quick MLS Search to my existing order.  And how about Call to Action graphics - is that 50% off too?

Posted 5 months ago

@ Drew - geez you're quick, the payment form rolled off of the fax machine while I was eating lunch and Administration is knocking on my door wondering where the order is.

Order is through Drew, one for each of www.hartanovteam.com and www.guidetolocalrealestate.com.

Posted 5 months ago

@ Eddy - Administration has the details and you should be receiving an invoice within an hour or two, appreciate the order and enjoy!

Posted 5 months ago

@ Mark - glad this is going to work for you, one Keyword module ordered and an invoice coming up.

Posted 5 months ago

Liane, you do not have an REW IDX so you cannot order the quick search, it's for IDX customers only, sorry.

CTA's are not on the promo - no, sorry.

Posted 5 months ago

Hi please add the Keyword Module to both of my sites. Thanks.

Hi Ryland, NorthernWestchesterCondos.com is the other site.

Posted 5 months ago

Franziska, yes to the callouts, no to the keyword module (unless you purchased it in the last promo, then it is included as a special bonus, I can check if you don't know or remember.

Morgan, I purchased the lec with this promo and I do not believe I added this. So, I would like to add it. Thanks. BTW, do I need to purchase a 301 redirect is you are taking over my existing website domain name?

So I have to ask

Do we have programming hours avaible to upgrade from a CMS 1 to a CMS 2. I have a qoute from before the promo, can we cut it in half

Had to ask, since Morgan is slashing prices..

Posted 5 months ago

You had to ask....

Alright, here is how this would go.  Since this is a "selling out the new guys & gals" promo we would assign a junior programmer to the project.  Being a junior programmer the time it will take to complete the work will be longer than normal, but we will discount the labour by 50% from our standard rate.  The estimate from before the promo is "null & void" as it is based on someone other than a junior doing the work.

Short answer: yes, you can have 50% off of our programming rate with the condition that a junior programmer is assigned to the project (which will be 'bill as incurred' for hours used).

Let me know that you are game and I will setup an invoice.  Remember that this will take longer than was estimated originally, how much longer I can't say at this point.

Administration should have the invoice over to you by the end of business today, make sure to settle up prior to the close of the promotion -- which is 5:00pm PST tomorrow (Wednesday, June 10th).

Sign me up:

1. Core IDX - Ryland, last time we spoke we had discussed the commercial MLS feed. I believe I would have to pay for 2 feeds? If this is so, I will just go for the residential for now. Email is probably best to clarify this.

2. Control Panel

3. Blog Install

My math works out to be $1,900.00

Thanks.

Hey,

I'm new to REW as well as being new with Re/Max. I have been chatting with Craig Matty over the phone today.  He's been extrememly helpful and answered all my questions.

I'm interested in the LEC #4 for the Indianapolis, IN market.  I'm aware of the current issues with the listings and MIBOR.  I have an idea and want to see if you guys would be able to work with me here.  Please drop me an email @ RWCrozier at mac dot com

Thanks!

Posted 5 months ago

What exactly do you want me to write in this email I am to drop you Ryan? Did you just want to contact me directly with your ideas if they are private - morgan @ realestatewebmasters.com - I am more versed than anyone at REW regarding MIBOR so would probably be the best person to speak to.

Keep in mind - promo ends tomorrow at 5 so we are under time constraints. I will be working tonight if you get this.

Jamie is this for http://www.jwsrealestate.ca - for a commercial feed, that would be custom work and billed at our standard $100 USD per hour rate - it's not applicable for the promo.

As for adding CORE IDX for a residential feed (As long as it is an existing feed) you are looking at $1250 USD for the install, and $360 USD IDX data hosting for the year. 50% control panel is $500, blog install $150 that actually comes out to - $2260 USD ( I think you forgot the IDX hosting part) - anyways, I will forward this over to billing for you.

Thanks

Morgan, yes it is for jwsrealestate.ca - Ryalnd is looking into the details for the commercial MLS feed. In B.C. the feed for commercial is similar to that of the residential MLS.

Your math is a little bit better than mine - $2260 adds up.

Jamie, either way, the estimate for a "new feed" is still the same "custom at $100 USD per hour" - promo's only apply to existing feeds. (Should say that in the post) - I have already emailed your order over to Holly, she should get right on it in the AM

Thanks for your order and btw being just across the water we are fully expecting to see you at the summit

Oh yes that makes sense. I may get a quote from you guys at some point.

Spending all this money on my website doesn't leave much for ferry fares!

I will take two more Featured Area Call Outs.
I already have one (which I dobn't like much), so I just want to make certain they are different.

Agent Roster is working great.

Thanks,

Adam

Blog install - can you install wordpress?

Posted 5 months ago

@ Adam - two additional Area Callout Boxes are on order, invoice to be arriving shortly.  Are these for www.sarasota-foreclosures.com or for the LEC in development?

The LEC already comes with a nicely styled Area Callout Box at no additional charge -- you can see an example of it here: http://4.rewlec.com/

Posted 5 months ago

Most likely one for each site, (if you have to no today go with that.)

Thanks

Posted 5 months ago

Ok approve me for the XML listings upgrade, I assume my LEC2 doesn't have it. e-mail me the bill and I'll get it back ASAP

Posted 5 months ago

@ Bruce - XML/HTML Sitmapping over to Administration.  Be sure to watch for the invoice in your Inbox, there is only 90 minutes left until the end of the promo.  Thanks for the order.

Posted 5 months ago

@ Colorado - yes, we can do WP installs on your domain/site.  I have submitted the request to sales at realestatewebmasters dot com and you should be getting a response shortly.

Functionally, you will be able to manage your WP blog via the WP backend and change themes.   We don't include any customization of your WP theme/install but can do so if you are interested.
