Exit Realty Florida Website Winners - congratulations!!

A big thank you goes out to Colleen Forbes and the entire Exit Realty Florida crew for having us be the exlusive website vendors at at your recent Orlando event. Carrie and I had a great time meeting you all, and we look forward to servicing you now and in the future.

Exit Template website winner

For those Exit folks that missed the draw at the luncheon for the REW Exit template website - the winner was Montie Lipsey-Lee of Exit Realty Producers, Gainesville, Florida. Montie - we hope you enjoy your new website, and we are just going to need a few things from you to get you setup (templates are quick and easy) - what I need from you is the following:

• Phone number for the website (goes under your photo)
• Photo - (the higher resolution the better, we prefer to do the cropping, or we could take one from your current point 2 site, either way let me know)
• Domain name: Are we using www.mlipseylee.com or would you like to use another domain name?
• Slideshow Photos - would you like to have us select the some slideshow photos for you from our stock photography library, or would you like to send us some? (Either way is fine, as before the higher resolution the better)

That's it - that's all we need from you (or any other Exit Realty Florida Agent) in order to get their website setup if they choose the template option. As a quick reminder to Exit Agents, these templates are only $499 USD per year and no setup fee (you save $740 USD) this is an offer only available to Exit Realy Florida agents, thank Colleen for her excellent negotiating skills - she truly cares about your continued success and it shows.

And now for the big winner - the $13,000 USD LEC 2.0 custom Exit package:

This prize included the LEC 2.0 custom skinned to the Exit colors, as well as 1 years hosting for both website and the custom built IDX and 10 hours of professional copywriting time.Our team will be using this time to assist our winner in implementing his website content, editing and formatting for both conversion and search engine optimization, as an added bonus (If Tim is up for it and willing to share his results with other Exit Team members) I have offered to personally assist him in setting up a Google adwords campaign to drive some immediate traffic to his LEC 2.0 and start reaping the rewards of this amazing prize.

Tim - what I need from you is not unlike what I need from Montie

• Phyiscal Address - (For your office)
• Domain name: Are we using www.exitteamrealty.org or would you like to use another domain name?

• IDX service agreement - my IDX co-ordinator will be getting in touch with you regarding the paperwork that your broker (already an REW customer) will need to sign to approve your IDX solution.

Once we have that info, we are looking at 3-4 weeks (assuming you have the content to us by then) to get your website up and generating leads.
