It's always the way isn't it? You get busy getting busy and all of sudden you realize you have neglected some of the things you are "supposed" to be doing.

For me it's sales - I have been so busy this month with the conference in September, developing some new products and planning my wedding (Mid August for those that were going to ask) that I have neglected my sales duties a little bit.

The end result - For the first time in a long time it looks like we are not going to sell out all production hours this month, in fact it looks like we are about 500 or so short in both programming and writing. (Only about 200 in design they are still pretty busy)

By now many have already noticed and commented on an increase in both response times and efficiency during business hours at our REW customer support forums. This is no accident - Recently we have increased our team of daytime CSR reps responsible for non billable support of our technologies.
