Ok guys, this is a bit of a long one and it jumps around a lot (because I am writing as I work through my thoughts, but hey that's why we have blogs right?

I haven't done a promotion since November and apparently everyone is wondering when I will do the next one. My answer is usually, "When I have something new that I want to promote", such as when we did the LEC 2 kickoff – so it's been a few months. But guess what, folks - it's time!
