Las Vegas MLS Allows Foreclosure/Short Sales/Repo Listings
Posted Sep 5, 2008 @ 12:49 pm, Viewed by 642 Visitors, Read 673 Times.In an announcement this morning, the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors has notified all of its IDX web vendors about the upcoming addition of new fields to the IDX data feed. These fields will allow web vendors to indicate which listings are in Foreclosure, are Short Sales, and Reposession listings. The fields will be available in the data feed within the next 15 days.
