What would the Rebate amount to on a $150,000 home?
The way to figure your rebate. Take your base sales price X 3%. Then taked that number X 20% Fore example, you buy a house for $150,000. The commission amount is $150,000x3% which is $4500. Then take the $4500x20% and you get $900. Your rebate would be $900.
