Month 2 Data Post: Forced vs. Unforced Registration Test

Posted Nov 5, 2009 @ 1:53 pm, Viewed by 163 Visitors, Read 169 Times.

We are into the 2nd month of testing and the results are becoming somewhat predictable, which is one of the biggest surprises so far.  We have pitted our Forced Website against our Unforced Website to determine which generates more leads.  We have tracked conversion rates, lead registration types, traffic, and trends.

This week marked the first time that the websites showed the same results for non-IDX leads.  It was also a new low for conversion rate for the Unforced site and a very predictable result for the Forced site.

We welcome your comments and insight!

I haven't kept up with the blogs lately as I've been so busy so haven't caught your prior posts.  Very interesting data and I've always used forced registration (although I have to check as it seemed that it might not be working - I'll have to use a different computer).
