Manitowoc Real Estate | Manitowoc Homes | How is business for other realtors?

How good is business regarding Manitowoc Real Estate?  I placed nine telephone calls to other local agents in my market area to show nine different homes.  One of the nine realtors, whom I considered a business friend answered the telephone & and we scheduled a showing that same day.  Four other realtors out of the nine returned my voice mail & we also scheduled showings that same day.  What happened to the other four of the the nine realtors that did not return my voice mail to setup a showing? 

In Manitowoc the Real Estate market is steady but no so hot that agents representing Seller's don't have to call me back & schedule showings.  My advice to Seller's is to make sure your agent is not lazy & has the time to return the telephone calls to sell their home.
