Los Arqueros - First Property Choice Start to Expand Their Portfolio

There have been a number of posts on my REW blog about the Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, with several individual deals appearing from time to time. We have now made the decision to greatly extend our portfolio of apartment property within this development, hopefully providing prospective clients with sufficient choice when it comes to high quality golf orientated apartments at what we believe are highly competitive prices. The development was originally conceptualized by Taylor Woodrow and through their original masterplan they have now realised a truly great estate.

When Woodrow originally released each consecutive development they paid special attention to pricing, they would always try to better existing developments of similar quality and would sell well because of this. The way they released each development was different too, as they would start construction and only start offering each complex to the public after much of the work was done. This meant that when clients first placed their deposits down, to when they actually took possession of their property was generally within a six to eight month period. Poles apart from many projects who decided to start taking payment before so much as a license was obtained, this practice lead to untold issues and above all disappointment to clients.

Taylor Woodrow have all but exited this estate now, however there will always be some presence as they have opted for an office in the new commercial centre when it is finally completed. Their overall plan still leaves further projects in Spain including Gibraltar, Elviria and the Balearic Island of Mallorca. The developer still has some stock left within Los Arqueros so if you are in the market to buy on the estate it may be worth you examining their current pricing structure to get a sense of value.
