Cheap Penthouse Property - Costa Del Sol Spain

Our cheap property section in the Costa Del Sol region of Spain continues to grow at an accelerated rate with over five new listings added every day. Many of the properties are under the €150,000 mark and are in good locations, enabling clients who, six years ago would have found it difficult to acquire a one bedroom or even a studio at some of the prices, will now be able to consider a two bedroom penthouse at similar money.

This will provide the space, location and views you would expect from an apartment at considerably more money and shows the kind of value that can be achieved in the Costa Del Sol presently. Don´t get me wrong there are some sub-standard properties currently being offered at low prices, so make sure you view enough within your budget and criteria to establish what is true value and what is not.
