La Zagaleta Plot Offering Views of Gibraltar

A new listing on the La Zagaleta section of our website shows a plot representing great value considering the size and quality of views it offers. The piece of land faces  South West, so afternoon sun would fall directly on the garden when the house has been constructed.

There have been some rather negative reports produced from the Institute of National Statistics regarding property prices in Spain, analyists are giving predictions of a 2016 recovery. From our perspective it is definitely possible to take a pessimistic outlook, but relatively speaking there is an elavated state of interest here at the present time.
