A new listing on the La Zagaleta section of our website shows a plot representing great value considering the size and quality of views it offers. The piece of land faces  South West, so afternoon sun would fall directly on the garden when the house has been constructed.

Alicate Playa is a beachfront development in the Marbella area, close to Los Monteros and Palm Beach, prestigeous locations indeed.
