As the second part of developer Nakheel’s ambitious palm trilogy, the Palm Jebel Ali also happens to be the island dedicated to entertainment.  While the concept is mostly an expansion of the original Palm Jumeirah, but 50% larger, and it will feature freehold properties along the same lines as its predecessor, the Palm Jebel Ali will come with a few extra attractions for Dubai palm property investors.  The location of the Palm Jebel Ali will be a bit further out from the city, right in heart of Jebel Ali and in close proximity to other freehold properties, with the intention of expanding the city even more. The concept will be the same, but the Palm Jebel Ali will be more of a tourist attraction, featuring a water park amongst a whole host of entertainment attractions to draw in visitors and residents.  As the Palm Jumeirah faced delays, so does the Jebel Ali Palm, and is expected to be completed later than predicted, but remains to be eagerly awaited by all.

The properties available on the Palm will again feature luxury garden villas and signature villas with private swimming pools and private beaches for the latter.  The selection of apartments, penthouses and town homes on the trunk will stretch beyond the original Palm, and include exclusive sub-developments from global names in property.  Perhaps the newest addition to the selection of freehold property in the Jebel Ali Palm is the development of water homes.  These unique properties will be built on stilts and will be set out over the Arabian Sea, for a truly unique living experience.  As developer Nakheel continues to offer quality and individual property with each of its developments, the Palm island will surely be no different when it is complete.
