Yet More Dubai Property Announced As Being On Schedule

After the release of the now infamous delayed and canceled Dubai real estate list, a list that brought home the reality and the extent that some Dubai properties may never see completion, the news that a project is going ahead and is on schedule is certainly to be welcomed. With so much uncertainly now floating around the market and Chinese whispers about what projects are now going ahead or not, it is understandable that people are starting to think all construction within the Emirate is grinding to a halt. Whilst things in the market are certainly not all ok, there are still companies who are doing a good job of keeping their promises with regards to construction schedules. Al Fara Properties has recently announced that foundation works are underway at its Manhattan Development located in the larger master development of Jumeirah Village.

The move reaffirms the company’s intentions to move ahead with the project when so many another developers are seemingly canceling or delaying developments at this time. The development when complete will offer a range of New York 1930’s styled apartments, comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The development will offer 343 luxury apartments in total, in what should be an interesting addition to the already eclectic Jumeriah Village development. Al Fara Properties are no stranger to Jumeriah Village developments, and the firm currently has the most projects underway at the location. The novel property development may be based on 1930’s New York type apartments, but don’t expect to go without any luxuries at the Manhattan development!

With a strong emphasis on a healthy life style, the development caters to a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities. There will be a swimming pool, well equipped gym, steam room and sauna, and even the kids haven’t been forgotten, as there will be a dedicated children’s play area too. With Jumeirah village itself offering a number of recreational and retail facilities, residents here should find they have more than enough to keep themselves as relaxed or occupied as they desire!
