Hi Andy. I have the top two floors of GIO/Galvest's G Tower in The City of Arabia (I'm the Owner, NOT an agent). Our top floor is to be divided into 2 (circa) 6000 sq/ft presidential suites (they're monsters). We have really dropped our knickers on price as we're close to defaulting on our second payment. It's still a lot of money, no question, so may be slightly over and above what you're looking for, but please feel free to get in touch if you want to know more.

PS: It's easy to to do your Due Diligence on the G Tower as it's such a high profile project, so I won't waste any of your time blowing smoke up it's arse.
