UAE

Formally known as the Trucial States until its current formation as the UAE in 1971, the country consists of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm al-Quawain, Sharjah and Fujairah. With a rapidly growing economy and high GDP, the real estate market here has become well known around the world with the likes of Dubai and Abu Dhabi leading the way.  

Dubai

The most well known of all the seven Emirates, Dubai has enjoyed a meteoric rise to fame. With only a small quantity of oil compared to its neighbors, Dubai had to look to other means to become prosperous, and it has met great success with its property and tourism ventures. With a great lifestyle of offer plus some the world’s most famous property in the Palm Jumeirah and Burj Dubai, Dubai’s success looks only to have just got started.

Abu Dhabi

Capital of the UAE and blessed with plentiful oil reserves, Abu Dhabi has long been a modern and prosperous city with one of the highest GDP’s in the world. As capital of the UAE it has often played a big role in the running of the country, and enjoys many of the benefits well publicized to be on offer in Dubai. Despite already being very wealthy Abu Dhabi has made big strides into the property market and looks to offer some great real estate.

Emirates

Launched a little over 20 years ago, Emirates has quickly established itself as one of the world’s leading airlines. Owned by the Dubai government Emirates had developed a reputation for reliability and high standards that has allowed it to quickly rise to the top and become one the most popular airlines around.

Dubai hotels have swiftly built up a reputation as being some of the best and most luxurious anywhere in the world. With stunning designs combined with excellent service and facilities, Dubai hotels continue to set the standards for others to follow. And nowhere embodies this better than the world famous Burj Al Arab hotel, often known for its renowned 7 star title.

Dubai is a city growing at a vast rate. Already a number of large global companies have seen the potential of Dubai and set up office in the Emirate to give Dubai a wide range of jobs opportunities. And with many other business projects underway like Dubai Business Bay, Dubai looks set to become the business capital of the Middle East.

Burj Dubai

Started in 2004, the development is expected to reach completion in December 2009 but has already become the world’s tallest building and man made structure. Offering both residential and commercial real estate, plus the world’s first Armani Hotel, the Burj Dubai has become one of the most sought after properties around the globe.
