Abu Dhabi Developer Eyes Dubai Real Estate Market

Dubai developers such as Emaar and Nakheel will see competition in the market become that extra bit competitive if Al Qudra Holdings has their way. The Abu Dhabi based company could soon be making their way over into the Dubai market, in a move that would be sure to liven things up. The company has seen astonishing growth since its inception in 2005, and has grown into a multi billion dollar company, with business interests in a number of differing fields across the globe. With projects across the Middle East and even a venture into Europe, the company is now looking closer to home with a move into the Dubai freehold real estate market. With previous property ventures meeting a great response, the company may be able to add something to what is already a very competitive market environment. However they clearly must be doing something right, with one of their towers selling out within 30 minutes at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
However more importantly is the fact that companies not yet involved in the Dubai properties market still view Dubai as a worthwhile destination in which to invest and establish themselves. With property prices going in a downwards direction, you could be forgiven for thinking most companies would want to stay away from the market place. But the fact that despite the downturn and global financial problems firms still see Dubai as a good strong long term investment does go someway to reassure all of us about the future direction of the market. It is when companies stay away that one should begin to worry! So despite prices now going down, all signs are pointing that for those investing in the Dubai real estate market for the long term, they are still onto a good investment.
And with all factors considered this really does seem to be the case. The Dubai real estate market is not your typical market and has a number of unique dynamics that can ensure a large oversupply of property doesn’t suddenly come onto the market, and plus the quick implementation of property laws can also help keeping things on a even keel. There the Dubai real estate market still looks like a good place to invest and buy property.
