Dubai MarinaDubai property is still worth big money, even despite all the current financial woe that is going on. With some much negativity surrounding investment and real estate of late, at least there was some good news released at the ‘Urban Waterfronts Conference 08’, which was that the Dubai real estate market has now seen investment pass AED158 billion in 2008! The figure which is formulated using leasing, mortgages and sales figures is up on last years result, which was only a measly AED 151 billion! Cleary investment in Dubai real estate is still on the up for the time being at least, despite all the current goings on in the world. This may seem a little strange, but the Dubai property market has such a global appeal, that even with things as they are, Dubai real estate will always remain a popular investment option for many firms and people the world over.

Whether 2009 and will see investment in Dubai property again increase remains to be seen, but 2008 figures do go some way to show Dubai property is still very much on investors radars. The report actually highlights the top ten nations who have invested the most money in Dubai real estate. An interesting mix of Middle East Nationals plus numerous other differing countries: Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Bahrain, India, Russia, Canada, Oman, Kuwait and Iran. Dubai property really does therefore have a wide appeal, with people from such differing countries and background all choosing to purchase freehold property here. And this is the beauty of the property market in Dubai. With so much property, featuring so many styles and options, everyone can find a property to suit their requirements. Dubai U.A.E.

Very few places can offer the eclectic mix of property to be found in Dubai, and this should ensure Dubai remains popular for the foreseeable future. And with so much yet to come here, there is a lot to get genuinely excited about. The likes of The Palm Jebel Ali, The Dubai Waterfront and Dubailand will all be world firsts, and will continue to attract the world attention to this rather unique little Emirate in the Middle East.

There is no planning for those who are earning between 5000-10000 Dhm.( life line of Dubai(UAE  , means majority of people who’s working in UAE   can't even think about to own a  flat.(home )

There is nothing called  a good quality  living  in Dubai (UAE) for out siders ( low Income )group.

If all out siders go back to their respective centuries this UAE will  finish off with in few days ( we are the peoples who are running this UAE)

What i feel peoples are working here like machines.

UAE will replace these peoples (machines) with low cost robots with solar panels in future because robots   will not ask for any food, water, money and home.

This is the future of real estate.
