Affordable Dubai Property Project Recently Lauched.

If there is one area of the market that property in Dubai has really got covered, it’s the freehold luxury property sector. Every development that comes out seems to be trying to outdo the rest in terms of the standard of the property as well as all the entertainment facilities and amenities it has to offer. This is by no means a negative thing. The results of such competition have brought Dubai some of the most luxury and impressive real estate around. The development looks to offer buyers a more economically viable home that those currently on offer in Dubai.

At present most affordable property is located in the neighboring Emirates of Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman, but with more and more developers such as Sherwood’ targeting this sector of the market, options in Dubai are quickly improving. Developments such as Santaville provide reasonably priced apartments, whilst at the same time offering a quality home with the added bonus of entertainment and leisure facilities. With rental prices so high in Dubai, this type of accommodation is proving very popular with buyers, and with prices starting from AED 650,000, it’s certainly the better investment than renting!
